Business process reengineering. Led in-depth review and mapping of supply-chain processes of large non-profit organization, conducting process analysis and making recommendations for improvements. Partnered client through implementation of supply chain management technology solution. New systems and business processes led to greater integration of marketing, order management, inventory management and customer service functions.
